Kapa Technologies ("Kapa", "we") operates kapa.my and the KAPA products. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and other laws that apply where we operate.
What we collect

- Billing records. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
- Messages you send to our team or to KAPA AI on this website.
- Basic technical data such as your approximate country, used to show prices in your currency.
How we use it
- To create and run your account and subscriptions.
- To answer enquiries and provide support.
- To improve our website and products.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run Kapa — hosting, payments, messaging and AI providers — under contracts that protect it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing info@kapa.my.
